What we collect
When you request the free Strong Morning Reset, we collect the email address you provide and, if supplied, your first name. We also receive basic delivery and engagement information such as whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked. If you purchase a guide, Lemon Squeezy processes the order and payment details needed to complete the sale, calculate tax, prevent fraud and deliver your digital purchase.
Why we use it
We use your details to deliver the requested download and, when you consent, to send occasional mobility education, Mara Everly updates and relevant product offers. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe through the link in any marketing email. You may also ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
Service providers and retention
We use MailerLite to store subscriber details and send messages, Lemon Squeezy to process purchases and deliver paid downloads, and our hosting and analytics providers to operate and understand the website. Each provider processes only the information needed for its service. We keep subscription records while you remain subscribed and retain limited suppression, transaction or tax records when needed to honor a request or legal obligation.
